Tranquillity Via Anger Management

Tranquillity can be accomplished via anger management.  Listen.  Anger is a destructive process which, in most cases, just makes a bad situation worse.  This can lead to very destructive behavior sometimes resulting in death.  Most people can control their anger.  They learned how to do it as they got older.  Then there are those who just haven’t learned how to control or manage their anger.  These people need help.  Hanger is a natural emotion and like most emotions it can overwhelm a person if it is not controlled.  Flying off the handle at the slightest provocation is not a good sign.  Their anger has to be channeled so that it does not become a violent torpedo that not only can destroy the people involved, but also the recipient.  Remember.  The goal here is to manage and control the anger and achieve at minimum a quiet serenity so that the cause of the anger can be defused.

An Acquired Skill

Folks who do not by nature control their anger should consult with professionals who can help them.  These folks can learn to control their emotions to avoid awful consequences.  Anger varies in degree.  Sometimes people feel slightly angry due to circumstances while at other times people feel very angry.  While anger is an emotion, it can have physical and biological outcomes.  Folks who are very angry may raise their heart rate and their blood pressure.  Certain hormones increase or decrease because of emotions.

Solutions

We all know that some of the things that make us angry have no solution.  That is, we cannot control the outcome.  Take traffic jams.  There is nothing to do but to grin and bear it.  Anger will not solve anything and is bad for your well-being. Some people can accept the fact that it is beyond their control.   Other will rant and rave and drive themselves and others crazy.  This is where the experts come in.  Listen.  This is a treatable condition.  There are strategies and processes that can be used to defuse most anger situations.  The angry person first has to realize that they have a problem.  When that occurs a professional can be brought in and will be able to recommend a proper course of actions to solve and manage the anger problem or situation.
